We utilize a specialized local fulfillment network to print your artwork as close to your home as possible, keeping our carbon footprint low and your shipping times incredibly fast!
Studio Processing: 1–2 business days (to custom print and carefully quality-check your artwork).
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days.
Estimated Arrival: You can expect your beautiful new print to arrive safely at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days from checkout.
Note: Because our printing team jumps into action almost instantly to get your art to you quickly, shipping address modifications or cancellations must be requested via email within 2 hours of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Right now, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
Because each piece is custom-printed to order just for you, we are keeping our fulfillment close to home for now to guarantee the fastest shipping times and the absolute highest quality.
Expanding worldwide is definitely in our future plans, so stay tuned! But for now, we are so excited to bring a piece of living history and vibrant color to doorsteps all across the country.
What is your return policy?
Because our premium prints are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept standard returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed. However, If your artwork arrives damaged from transit or features a printing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can email us at "Help@vivalasarts.com”. We get back to you within 48 hours.
