If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Instagram DM or email. To help us process a potential or partial refund quickly, please keep all packaging and take photos as evidence of the damage until the process is complete.

Our archival matte paper is beautifully soft and absorbent. Natural oils from your fingers can transfer onto the ink, so try to handle the print only by its blank edges—or better yet, leave it in its protective packaging until you are ready to frame it!

To truly make those rich colors and deep blacks pop, we highly recommend framing your print behind glass or acrylic. This protects the delicate, uncoated matte surface from dust, moisture, and accidental scratches.
